Poor Angus is a traditional Celtic and East Coast music ensemble. Playing Scottish and Irish favourites as well as Canadian folk, our music is sure to keep toes tapping from ages 2-102.With the release of our critically aclaimed self-titled album, Poor Angus is coming to a city near you this summer.

        We are pleased to announce that Poor Angus received the 2007 award for Folk/Traditional Recording of the Year at the Hamilton Music Awards.          Our self-titled cd, which has just begun radio airplay, has received 3.5/4 stars in the Toronto Star arts section. Extoling the virtuostic instrumentals, the cd was also noted for it’s strong vocals and Scott’s songwriting. So, what are you waiting for…YOU BUY!
